How Much Is Too Much Body Fat?
It is a generally accepted that men should have less than 18% total body fat and woman 23% or less. Percent body fat is the percentage of the total body that is fat.

Shake your body - Everyday find a new way to move your body. Use the stairs rather than an escalator or elevator. Anything that moves your limbs is not only fitness tool, it's a stress buster.

Overeating - Excessive overeating but without purging. Sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle most commonly found in modern cultures. It is characterized by sitting or remaining inactive for most of the day (for example, in an office or at home)
Reduce stress - Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thought. Spend 30 minutes to 1 hour a day going something you like. (for example, read a good book, get a massage, or a facial, listen to soothing music.
